2. Personal Information We Collect and How

1. Information you provide when making an inquiry or requesting materials: name, email address, company name, phone number, and the content of your inquiry.
2. Account information for the Services: email address, name, company name, phone number, password, profile image, and other information you provide at registration.
3. Information relating to your use of the Services: login history, IP address, and usage/access logs.
4. Information about the representatives of our business partners: name, affiliation, and contact details obtained through meetings, exchange of business cards, and contract procedures.
5. Information about job applicants: résumés, work histories, and other information provided when applying.
6. Information collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see "8. Cookies and Analytics Tools").

The subject of analysis within the Services is publicly available information, such as the responses of generative AI and publicly available web information. We do not collect personal information for the purpose of such analysis.

3. Purposes of Use

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

1. Responding to inquiries and requests for materials.
2. Providing the Services, verifying identity, managing accounts, and providing support.
3. Performing contracts and managing billing and payment.
4. Providing information about the Services (including new features, seminars, and related services).

5. Outsourcing

In doing so, we appropriately select service providers and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure personal data is managed securely.

6. Provision to Third Parties Overseas and Use of Overseas Cloud Services

Except with the individual's consent or where permitted by law, we do not provide personal data to third parties located in foreign countries.

In operating the Site and the Services, we use cloud services provided by companies headquartered in the United States (including Vercel, Supabase, Postmark, and Google services). Personal data such as Service account information is stored primarily on servers located in Japan (Tokyo region). In addition, for sending and receiving email, such as responding to inquiries, we use a service under which data is processed in the United States. With respect to these providers, we confirm matters concerning the protection of personal data by contract, and we implement necessary and appropriate security measures after ascertaining the personal-information protection regime of the United States.

7. Security Control Measures

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, we implement the following security control measures:

• Basic policy: We have established and published this Policy.
• Rules and discipline: We maintain internal rules defining the methods for handling personal data and the persons responsible.
• Organizational measures: We appoint persons responsible for handling personal data and monitor and review the status of such handling.
• Human measures: We provide employees with education on the proper handling of personal data and ensure thorough confidentiality obligations.
• Physical measures: We manage devices and electronic media that handle personal data to prevent theft and loss.
• Technical measures: We limit those who can access personal data to the necessary scope through access controls, and we implement measures such as encryption of communications (TLS) and encrypted storage of passwords.
• Understanding the external environment: As stated in the preceding section, we handle personal data using cloud services provided by companies located in the United States. We implement security measures after ascertaining the personal-information protection regime of the United States.

8. Cookies and Analytics Tools

The Site and the Services use cookies and similar technologies to improve convenience, understand usage, and improve the Services. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some functions may then become unavailable. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

• Fees: Free of charge. However, if you request delivery by post, you may be asked to bear the actual cost.

11. Handling of Personal Information at Linked Sites

We are not responsible for the handling of personal information at external sites linked from the Site or the Services. Please review the privacy policies established by the operators of those linked sites.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations, changes to our business, and similar circumstances. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on the Site. We will announce material changes on the Site.
